Best Ever Graham Cracker Crust Recipe
Ingredients:
- 5 oz. graham-style crackers, pulsed into fine crumbs in a food processor (about 1.5 cups)
- 1/3 cup sugar (use date sugar for a lower and no added sugar option)
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter (vegan if desired)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
Method:
In a medium bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Stir in melted butter until combined and mixture looks like wet sand. Press into the bottom and sides of a standard 9-inch pie pan. Fill and bake as instructed.
For a pre-baked crust, bake at 375ºF until just lightly browned (about 6-10 minutes). Let cool before filling.
