Nice cream is a fun name for banana ice cream- a creamy, dairy-free treat and it's how our company started. After dinner one night Mollie (our co-founder) pulled out a food processor added frozen bananas with almond milk and started blending. Hannah (best friend and co-founder) literally exclaimed “this is bananas!” when she tried it.
